Private Advertiser in Penang seeks an experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee logistics, optimize warehouse layout, ensure inventory accuracy, train staff, and drive efficiency. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics with 5+ years in warehouse operations; knowledge of ERP and MS Office; forklift certification preferred.

You will coordinate with sales and carriers to meet delivery schedules and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics or related field with at least 5 years' experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in packaging and printing industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with sales team, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules.

Optimize the Logistic space utilization and implement efficient of warehouse layout.

Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property.

Train and supervise the warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Prepare and analyze reports on Logistic activities, performance, and inventory levels.

Any other duty assigned by your superior.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Logistics or any other related field with at least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations or logistics and Packaging & Printing Industries is advantage.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
