Job summary

TT GLOBAL HEALTHCARE SDN BHD in Ipoh, Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound stock, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage storage of materials and finished goods.

You will coordinate with Production and Purchasing to ensure material availability, supervise staff, and uphold 5S housekeeping and safety standards. A Diploma in Logistics or related field and at least 2 years’ warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field with understanding of warehousing processes.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with inventory management systems and basic forklift handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts/reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to ensure timely material availability and finished goods handover.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe, organised storage practices (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
• Prepare warehouse reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and movement.

Job description

Responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound stock movement, inventory accuracy, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts/reconciliation

Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to ensure timely material availability and finished goods handover

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe, organised storage practices (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and housekeeping (5S)

Prepare warehouse reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and movement

About you

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing

Familiar with inventory management systems and basic forklift/material handling operations

Organised, detail-oriented, with good record-keeping skills
