Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to plan, prioritize, schedule and manage inventory activities, ensuring sufficient supply of finished goods, beans, packaging material, and raw material for customer and production needs.

The role requires 3 years of warehouse coordination experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food or process industry), and proficiency in Office applications with SAP system knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree or 5 years of industry experience.
• 3 years of experience in coordination of warehouse in a manufacturing environment (preferably food or process industry).
• Proficient in Office applications and maintenance systems.
• SAP system knowledge.
• Structured and analytical approach.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prioritize, schedule and manage the inventory activities to ensure finished goods/beans, packaging material and raw material sufficient supply to customer and production requirements.
• Daily checking for movement system transaction to tally with physical for inbound, outbound, transfer etc to ensure no backlog transaction.
• Plan and do cycle count activity for internal & external warehouse.
• Tracking for block stock qty in system vs physical and align with QA team for the next action taken.
• Tracking for aging stock for finished goods, packaging material and raw material for the next action should be taken.
• Updating the procedure, WI or forms in related platform especially if already expired.

The Warehouse Executive is required to plan, prioritize, schedule and manage the inventory activities accordingly to ensure finished goods/beans, packaging material and raw material sufficient supply to customer and production requirement.

Key responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, schedule and manage the inventory activities accordingly to ensure finished goods/beans, packaging material and raw material together with system adjustment which require (with approval)

Daily checking for movement system transaction is tally with physical for inbound, outbound, transfer etc to ensure no backlog transaction

Plan and do cycle count activity for internal & external warehouse

Tracking for block stock qty in system Vs Physical and align with QA team for the next action taken

Tracking for aging stock for finished goods, packaging material and raw material for the next action should be taken

Updating the procedure, WI or forms in related platform especially if already expired

About you
