Job summary

Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support day-to-day supply chain activities across our retail and brand verticals. The role emphasizes accurate inventory records, timely order processing, and efficient warehouse operations.

The candidate will manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A related degree and familiarity with warehouse systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks and consolidate findings into our systems.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
• Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse organization, layout, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
• Handle all aspects of the shipping process, including liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal turnover ratios.
• Participate in picking and packing inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics personnel for pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and other warehouse-related issues.

The Warehouse Executive will play a crucial role in Day-to-day task within the Supply Chain department activities across our brand verticals: 3DExpress.my, 3DExtreme.my, 3DExcel.my, and Bambu Lab MakerWorld retail. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop within the rapidly evolving 3D printing sector.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

Conduct quarterly inventory checks and consolidate findings into our systems.
