Job summary

Tongseh is seeking a committed individual to manage warehouse operations in Klang City, Malaysia. The role includes checking goods against purchase orders, managing inventory through an ERP system, and preparing items for delivery. Candidates should preferably have 1 year of experience or be fresh graduates with a minimum SPM qualification. Willingness to work under stress and immediate availability are advantageous. Knowledge of AutoCount Software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates from Diploma/Advanced/Higher learning institutions are encouraged.
• Ability to handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Manages and inspects incoming and outgoing materials.
• Retrieves and prepares goods for delivery.
• Checks and updates stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Responsible for additional duties assigned by the company.

Job description

• Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• To manage and inspect all incoming and outgoing materials based on D/O and Packing List.
• Retrieving and prepare goods for delivery.
• Checking and updating of stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
• Knowledge in AutoCount Software will be added advantages
• Ensure warehouseERP System is on track and up to date at all times

Job Requirements

• Preferable 1Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess minimum SPM level.
