Job summary

Loka Made Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Storekeeper to join our warehouse team in Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement for replenishment, inspecting inbound goods, and ensuring data accuracy in our inventory system using Excel and Dynamod.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or above.
• Looking for candidates interested in long-term employment.
• Proficient computer knowledge and willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Basic Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock organization, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Monitoring

• Maintain accurate stock levels for finished products and packaging materials.
• Ensure all inventory is properly organized, stored, and easily accessible for distribution.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain warehouse organization.

Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with the procurement team when stock levels are low to ensure timely replenishment.

Inbound Logistics & Quality Control

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and delivery vehicles.
• Verify that received items match Purchase Orders (PO) in quantity and condition.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items promptly.

Data Management

• Record and update stock movements accurately within the inventory system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dynamod for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ensure inventory records remain updated and accurate at all times.
