Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and issuing materials. You will ensure proper labeling, storage and timely record updates in the inventory system.
Ideal candidates hold a relevant diploma or certificate and have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, with basic computer skills to support accurate stock control and reporting.

Handle daily store and warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing materials.
Check incoming materials against Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO) and relevant documents.
Ensure materials are properly labelled, arranged and stored at the designated location.
Record and update all stock movements accurately in the inventory system / records.
Conduct regular stock checking and stock count to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, discrepancies or damaged items to the Supervisor.
Ensure proper FIFO practice and prevent material damage, loss or mix-up.
Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and safety within the store area.
Prepare basic stock / inventory reports when required.
Follow company procedures, safety requirements and warehouse control measures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / HOD.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics or related field.
1-2 years of relevant storekeeping / warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records.
