Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive and inspect goods, record items into the inventory system, and help maintain safe, organized storage and efficient layout.
You will assist with order preparation and dispatch, perform stock checks, report discrepancies, and operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery if qualified. A collaborative mindset and physical stamina are important for success.

Warehouse Assistants perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including:
Receiving and inspecting goods: Check product type, quantity, and condition upon arrival, and record them accurately in inventory systems.
Storage and organization: Store items securely, maintain proper arrangement, and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.
Order preparation and dispatch: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging to prevent damage.
Inventory management: Conduct stock checks, maintain accurate records, and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
Equipment operation: Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery safely, if qualified.
Maintenance and safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Coordination: Communicate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
Minimum education: SPM or equivalent; certificates in warehousing or logistics are advantageous.
Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse environment is often preferred.
Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP), attention to detail, teamwork, and physical stamina.
Optional: Forklift license for operating warehouse machinery.
