Job summary

FMX (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Bukit Raja, Selangor. The role supports daily e-commerce fulfillment by handling inventory, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive inbound shipments, perform counts, and use WMS with barcode scanning. Team collaboration and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Basic computer and scanning skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive inbound shipments and assist with unloading, checking, and labeling stock.
• Perform inventory counts and update records in the warehouse system.
• Assist with sorting, organizing, and storing products in designated locations.
• Handle returns and restocking according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Use barcode scanners, WMS, and basic computer systems.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support team members during peak periods and high-volume days.
