in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Warehouse Operator to maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and ensure timely goods flow as the company scales toward full operational maturity. You will manage receiving and shipping, prepare kitting for work orders, and collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes while adhering to local regulations (LMW).

Qualifications

• At least a diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, LMW regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts with discrepancy reconciliation.
• Handle receiving, shipping, including documentation, and storage activities.
• Prepare kitting for work orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
• Prepare LMW monthly reporting and submissions.
