Job summary

XIN HWA SUPPLY CHAIN SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Shah Alam. The role requires familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and accurate data entry to maintain system accuracy.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in logistics, and be able to operate forklifts and reach trucks. Immediate start is a plus, with a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to operate forklift and double deep reach truck.
• Immediate start is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper handling and compliance with warehouse documentation processes and requirements.
• Verify all documents for accuracy and completeness prior to system data entry.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
• Report discrepancies or errors in documents or processes to the superior.
• Generate system transactions such as GR, GI, DN, and other related documents.
• Update daily system activities for goods in transit and maintain proper document filing.
• Prepare and submit reports as required in a timely manner.
• Assist in month-end stock take and reconcile with system records.
• Support inventory reporting to superiors and customers.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the superior.

• Generate system transactions such as Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Delivery Note (DN), and other related documents based on supporting records.
• Update daily system activities for goods in transit and maintain proper document filing.
• Prepare and submit reports as required in a timely manner.
• Assist in month-end stock take activities, including physical inventory counts and reconciliation with system records.
• Support the preparation and submission of inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
