Job summary

Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is seeking a Warehouse, Logistics and IQC Supervisor in Malaysia to supervise, coordinate and train teams to achieve KPI-driven productivity targets.

You will ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance across warehouse, logistics and IQC, develop new SOPs, review processes, oversee incoming quality checks and stock reconciliation, and report monthly to management.

Candidates should drive 5S practices and collaborate with regulatory bodies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and train warehouse, logistics and IQC employees towards achieving KPIs.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance across warehouse, logistics and IQC facilities.
• Plan, review and develop SOPs and procedures to improve productivity and compliance.
• Oversee incoming quality checks to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Carry out stock reconciliation, ageing stock review and obsolete/rejected stock disposal.
• Compile departmental data, generate monthly reports and present issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure operator adherence to 5S. Liaise with regulators and support audits.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Ensure the warehouse, logistics and IQC sections operate at optimum productivity levels by supervising, coordinating and training warehouse, logistics and quality inspection employees towards achieving operational goals and set KPI.

Ensure warehouse, logistics and IQC workplace areas adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 rules and regulations.

Plan, review and develop new systems, SOPs and procedures to improve productivity and compliance across warehouse, logistics and IQC operations.

Oversee incoming quality check activities to ensure incoming parts meet quality standards prior to storage and production release.

Monitor, review, report and propose action on ageing stock levels, quarantine parts and obsolete/ rejected stock disposal.

Carry out periodical reconciliation on stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy of stock balance at all times.

Compile departmental data, generate monthly reports and present operational and quality issues to management on monthly basis.

Ensure and maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure operator follow '5 S' practices across warehouse, logistics and IQC.

Liaise with regulatory and government bodies and support audit processes to ensure compliance with company policy, government and industrial requirements.
