Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Required skills: inventory and logistics management, forklift operation, material checking, expiry-date prevention.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English for liaising with associates.
  • 3–6 years of relevant working experience in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, and customer service to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate the complete order fulfillment cycle from processing to delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution performance for timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, product quality, delivery schedules, and costs.
  • Plan warehouse layouts, storage systems, and safety-compliant spaces to maximize usability.
  • Develop transportation routes and processes for cost-effective deliveries.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and delivery discrepancies promptly.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff for higher productivity and compliance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to cost control, productivity, and service quality.
  • Ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
  • Monitor FIFO execution and minimize stock aging and obsolescence.

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Manager to be responsible for the overall warehouse operation team, logistic team including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. They are responsible for staff management, inventory control, safety procedures, and ensuring efficient and timely distribution. They also develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and manage budgets.

Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring the storage of goods and the distribution of goods in FIFO system. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. This full-time position involves managing all aspects of the warehouse, from inventory control to staff supervision, ensuring we deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, and customer service functions to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Lead, optimize, and coordinate the complete order fulfillment cycle, from order processing and inventory management to delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution performance, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, product quality, delivery schedules, transportation costs, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Plan and organize warehouse layouts, storage systems, and racking arrangements to maximize space utilization, accessibility, and safety standards.
  • Develop and optimize transportation routes, logistics processes, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Investigate, resolve, and follow up on operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to enhance productivity, performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve targets related to cost control, productivity, inventory accuracy, service quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor finished goods inventory to ensure strict compliance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system and established warehouse SOPs, minimizing stock aging and product obsolescence.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of finished goods in accordance with company quality standards and operational procedures.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety practices, ensuring all employees comply with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or any field related.

Required skill(s): inventory and logistics management, forklift, material checking, inventory item expiry date prevention.

Required language(s): Chinese, English (to liaise with associates)

At least above 3 - 6 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to handle Maintenance Warehouse, cool room storage, Tool & Equipment repair, handle Operation is working 6-days, for special delivery Ad-Hoc on Sunday work

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Inventory/Foods & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
