Job summary

Pharm-D Health Science in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

The role ensures GDP-compliant storage, FEFO inventory management, regular stock counts, and coordination with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Logistics to fulfil orders.

You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, participate in audits and drive continual process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Verify shipments against POs, DOs, and invoices.
• Ensure GDP-compliant storage and FEFO inventory management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Coordinate replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Investigate discrepancies and CAPA related to warehouse issues.
• Assist audits and close observations promptly.
• Identify continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Procurement, Logistics for on-time deliveries.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.

Ensure products are stored under appropriate conditions and handled in accordance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.

Ensure inventory is managed using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to minimise product expiry and wastage.

Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Raise, investigate, and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to warehouse operations, inventory deviations, customer complaints, or audit findings.

Ensure all warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with GDP and company procedures.

Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries.

Supervise warehouse personnel and monitor daily operational performance.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and compliance.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
