Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory transactions and data entry for finished goods or packaging materials.
• Process goods receiving and stock charge-out transactions in SAP.
• Reconcile system transactions against physical stock records and escalate discrepancies.
• Verify material vouchers and maintain records to support inventory control and traceability.
• Prepare routine operational, inventory, and stock movement reports for internal monitoring and decision-making.
• Support month-end stock closing activities and prepare monthly stock reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for warehouse transactions, stock movement, and supporting documents.
• Verify disposal-related documentation for completeness and accuracy before routing it for approval.
• Ensure all warehouse administrative records are properly documented and aligned with internal procedures.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse and operations teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of activities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support transaction processing, purchase requisitions, facilities form updates, and documentation requirements.

Job description

Execute daily inventory transactions and data entry for finished goods or packaging materials accurately and within the required timelines.

Process goods receiving and stock charge-out transactions in SAP and ensure all entries are updated correctly in the system.

Reconcile system transactions against physical stock records and escalates discrepancies for timely resolution.

Verify material vouchers and perform SAP transactions; maintain accurate records to support warehouse inventory control and traceability.

Prepare routine operational, inventory, and stock movement reports for internal monitoring and decision-making.

Support month-end stock closing activities and prepare monthly stock reports and reconciliations.

Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for warehouse transactions, stock movement, and supporting documents.

Verify disposal-related documentation for completeness and accuracy before routing it for approval.

Ensure all warehouse administrative records are properly documented and aligned with internal procedures.

Provide administrative support to warehouse and operations teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of activities.
