Job summary

2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd seeks a System Owner for the Loan Origination System to oversee end-to-end processes and drive continuous improvements. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows, validate requirements, and ensure a smooth user rollout.

The role focuses on data quality, regulatory reporting alignment, and digitization initiatives within SME lending platforms, partnering with digital teams to simplify customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Information Systems or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end system processes for the Loan Origination System and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead process reengineering to enhance user experience and reduce manual dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, implementation and rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity from the LOS to downstream reporting and regulatory needs.
• Partner with Customer Experience Digital teams to simplify journeys and automate where possible.
