Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a skilled professional to join the SME Banking Business Transformation team. You will enhance and implement loan origination system solutions, support daily production health, and optimize processes to deliver a smooth loan submission experience for the sales team.

You will collaborate with IT, Compliance and vendors, conduct UAT, gather requirements, and drive end-to-end system enhancements.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen per the requirement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting/ Banking/ Business or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry or consulting with system support & sales management track record.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex information at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong numbers, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure LOS enhancements meet new requirements.
Assist in UAT for bug fixes and improvements in the loan origination system.
Support sales team queries or bugs in the LOS.
Identify gaps and gather requirements from daily queries or bugs in LOS.
Transform sales performance tracking through daily/monthly reports in Excel.
Coordinate data and reports from LOS for sales productivity and performance tracking.
Provide system support and liaise with IT/vendor for issue resolution.
Perform system UAT testing and propose enhancements to improve UX.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of system enhancements, including test scripts and health checks.
