Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an entry-level technical support specialist to install, configure, and support VoIP systems, IP PBX, and SIP Trunking across client sites in Malaysia.

As a fresh graduate, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, perform routine maintenance, and generate basic service reports, with opportunities to travel for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Networking or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP, IP PBX, SIP, TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Willing to learn and develop VoIP skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Own transport and willing to travel for on-site support.

Responsibilities
