Job summary

KLCLOUD SDN BHD is seeking an IT Support – Technical Department in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with server operations, IP configuration, and network hardware to ensure reliable service across the organization.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Hypervisor, plus familiarity with VLANs and Cisco/Huawei switch configurations. This is a shift-based role with morning shifts.

• Basic ARP concepts and VLAN configuration knowledge.
• Experience with Cisco & Huawei switch configuration; MAC/IP mapping checks.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with server operations (IP configuration, hardware, networking)
• Basic understanding of internal & external ARP
• Experience with Cisco & Huawei switch configuration
• Knowledge of VLAN configuration
• Able to check machine MAC address and identify IP‑to‑port mapping
• Candidates with technical experience will be given priority
• Basic knowledge related to Windows / Windows Server / Linux / Hypervisor

Working Schedule (Shift System):

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1.5 hours lunch break)
