Job summary
Precision Control is expanding its sales team and seeks a results-driven Sales & Application Engineer for Valve & Instrumentation. You will identify new clients, travel to meet them, and nurture long-term relationships while translating technical needs into compelling proposals.
The role requires a degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, 2–3 years in valve/instrumentation sales, and strong communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Travel is expected.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Process/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve, Analyzer.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation products.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous).
- Good business communication, technical knowledge, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Searching for new clients in designated region.
- Travelling to visit potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Negotiating and closing sales by terms and conditions.
- Analyzing costs and sales; recording client data.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and training for sales team.
