Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth in valves and industrial equipment across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on developing key customer relationships, delivering technical proposals, and managing project sales from inquiry to order.

You will prepare budgets, forecast pipelines, and present solutions aligned with sales objectives, while maintaining market awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in valve/industrial equipment sales.
• Sales driven with strong communication and positive attitude.
• Able to quickly learn product knowledge and respond to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual sales budget with Branch Manager and Management, including project forecast and pipeline.
• Interpret customer specifications and propose suitable products and solutions aligned with sales objectives.
• Develop relationships with key customers to identify business needs and project requirements.
• Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tenders to customers.
• Conduct negotiations and finalise project sales agreements with management review.
• Oversee end-to-end management of sales and project orders, escalating critical matters as needed.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting/phone call.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior as required.
