Precision Control is expanding its sales team and seeks a results-driven Sales & Application Engineer for Valve & Instrumentation. You will identify new clients, travel to meet them, and nurture long-term relationships while translating technical needs into compelling proposals.

The role requires a degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, 2–3 years in valve/instrumentation sales, and strong communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Travel is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Process/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve, Analyzer.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation products.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous).
• Good business communication, technical knowledge, and presentation skills.

What Will You Be Doing?

Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region

Travelling to visit potential clients;

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long term relationships with customers;

Managing and interpreting customer requirements,

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

Analysing costs and sales;

Recording and maintaining client contact data;

Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;

Providing pre-sales technical assistance;

Providing training and producing support material for other members of sales team

Do You Have What We Are Looking For?

Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledgeable inProcess/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve, Analyzer

Have 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation products

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous)

Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.

Willing to travel
