Qualifications

• Current Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) holders, UAPL up to 25kg preferred.
• Diploma in any technical discipline is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in aerial drone photography operations.

• Operate drones for inspecting buildings and other structural elements.
• Conduct pre-flight planning and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage onsite flight operations and capture aerial imagery.

Job description

Job Description / Duties:

• Operate drones for the purpose of inspecting buildings, rooftops, facades, and other
• structural elements.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning including weather checks, site assessments, and
• equipment readiness.
• Ensure full compliance with local aviation regulations, no-fly zone restrictions, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Capture and document aerial imagery and videos with precision for analysis and reporting.
• Managing onsite flight operations with end customers, delivery team, and drone
• operations vendor.
• Scheduling flight demos, and keeping track of drone operations jobs on a weekly and
• monthly basis
• Conduct post-flight data transfers, organize footage and images
• Perform routine maintenance checks on UAV equipment and ensure all devices are up to date
• Adhere to strict safety and privacy standards while operating in public or private spaces.
• Assist in setting up geofencing, cordon-off areas, or temporary barriers for public safety
• Enforcing good drone flight practices for demos and customer delivery projects
• Performing an initial quality check of data capture before handoff to delivery

Work experience/skills required:

• Current Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) holders, UAPL up to 25kg preferred
• Diploma in any technical discipline is preferred (those without but with industrycertifications may be considered)
• Commercial flying experience preferred
• Experience in building inspections is a plus point
• 1 to 2 years of experience in planning, directing and manning aerial drone photography and videography operations
• Familiar with CAAS regulatory and compliance regime in building/construction an advantage
• Those without experience but has performed at least 3 different types of drone operations may be considered
• Able to operate in cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience in technology and service industry an advantage
• Good command of English
• Able to operate independently and being resourceful
• Possess good work ethics and enjoy working with people
• With or without experience, theory and live tests of drone operations would be conducted to determine suitability.
