Job summary

KKday in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional service through online channels and onsite support when required. You will guide customers through bookings, orders and after-sales enquiries, ensuring a smooth experience. The role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use MS Office.

Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Office-based with GMT+8 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM/O Levels or higher; Diploma preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Business Admin and/or Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
• Office-based with GMT+8 shifts; weekends/public holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, orders and after-sales queries.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to improve workflow.
• Document interactions accurately in systems.
• Meet individual and team KPIs.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
