Job summary

Cheaper Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Direct to Customers) in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage daily customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in the system, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and a service-driven approach.

You will support product inquiries, orders, tracking, and delivery issues while coordinating with outlets, operations, and logistics to fulfill orders. Strong BM/English/Chinese communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (BM, English, Chinese).
• Strong problem-solving and customer focus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and system with empathy and accuracy.
• Support customers with product queries, orders, tracking, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
• Follow up to ensure cases are resolved on time and escalate when needed.
