The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin speakers preferred. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Follow up with customers after treatments and provide after-sales service.
• Explain treatment packages, promotions, memberships, and pricing.
• Assist customers with payment enquiries and invoice requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support front desk operations when required.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
