Job summary

HAVI Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang is seeking a Transport Admin Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily transport operations, plan driver schedules, and optimize fleet utilization. You will ensure compliance with regulations, monitor vehicle conditions, lead the operation team, track performance, and resolve delays or complaints quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above.
• 2 years of professional experience in transport admin management, lead the operation team such as drivers for operation activity.
• Experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Transportation should be an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills and able to handle drivers from various backgrounds.
• Computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Language skills: English (Read/Write/Spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Plan and monitor driver schedules, vehicle allocations, and delivery routes to optimize fleet utilization.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, road safety requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Lead, motivate, and manage drivers and transport personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Track transport performance, including delivery timeliness, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Investigate and resolve transportation issues, delays, accidents, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and documentation.
• Control transportation expenses and support initiatives to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct driver performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
