Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to support SVC deliveries.
• Monitor and resolve drivers’ issues (in-house and outsourced).
• Prepare daily route plans and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure POD docs submitted timely and monitor 3PL KPIs.
• Willing to work in shift rotations and 6 days in Klang.

Responsibilities

• Assist superior to achieve cost-saving targets through route optimization.
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors for transportation arrangements.
• Maintain POD documentation and timely record submission.
• Monitor KPI and service levels of 3PL contractors.
• Prepare reports related to transportation services.
