Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang seeks a supervisor to assist management in resolving lorry driver issues, ensure daily truck utilization, and optimize schedules for on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate drivers, mentor them to follow SOPs, monitor performance, and maintain accurate records of schedules and deliveries while supporting route planning and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Valid GDL holder is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in resolving lorry driver-related issues.
• Ensure all trucks are utilized daily and schedules are optimized.
• Coordinate drivers to guarantee timely deliveries to clients.
• Train, mentor, and guide drivers to follow company SOPs.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, vehicle usage, and delivery reports.
• Support management in planning routes, schedules, and operational strategies.
