Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Driver Supervisor to assist management in resolving lorry driver-related issues and to ensure efficient vehicle usage.

You will coordinate drivers to meet delivery deadlines, train and mentor staff to follow SOPs, monitor performance, and maintain accurate records of schedules, vehicle usage, and deliveries while supporting route and operations planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid GDL (Goods Driver's License).
• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in resolving lorry driver-related issues.
• Ensure all trucks are utilized daily and schedules optimized.
• Coordinate drivers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Train, mentor, and guide drivers to follow SOPs.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of driver schedules, vehicle usage, and delivery reports.
• Support planning routes, schedules, and operational strategies.
