Job summary

DKSH Malaysia in Klang is seeking a Transport/Logistics professional to manage daily load plans and coordinate with third-party transporters to ensure orders load per plan and SLA. You will monitor plan vs actual, track truck times, verify transport billing, ensure stock readiness, and uphold 5S and HSE standards while supporting company initiatives.

A bachelor degree and 5+ years in a similar role are required; MS Office proficiency, strong communication and organization are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar transport/logistics role.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transport Management – ensure daily load plan aligns with truck capacity.
• Fulfill daily load plan according to priority and SLA.
• Coordinate with third party transporters for loading per plan.
• Flag delays and work with planning for alternate loading.
• Track transport performance versus plan.
• Monitor truck arrival/departure times against plan.
• Validate and verify transport billing.
• Ensure stock readiness for loading per load plan.
• Follow SOPs, 5S, and HSE policies; support company initiatives.
