Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Logistics or related field, 3–5 years in ops admin or logistics, and strong Excel/reporting skills; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations administration, logistics, transport, procurement, billing or supply chain.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team is an advantage.
• Knowledge of 3PL transport operations is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate an Operations Administration team.
• Manage procurement activities including PR, PO, GRN, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
• Oversee 3PL transport procurement and documentation.
• Manage billing processes, invoice verification, and reporting.
• Handle OSND (Over, Short & Damaged) claims and follow-up with transporters.
• Monitor Delivery Note (DN) issuance, tracking, and documentation.
• Oversee attendance records for 3PL manpower, drivers, and lumpers.
• Prepare CPH reports and monitor operational productivity.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, Inventory, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders
