Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Training Consultant/Coordinator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods.
• Solid organization skills for multiple trainings.
• BSc in Education, HRM, or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses for individuals, groups, or organizations.
• Plan, develop, and deliver training programs and curricula.
• Oversee development of teaching materials and instructional aids.
