Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified as a trainer.
• 5-7 years of experiences.
• Bachelors degree in HRM or Management or Education or Training and Development, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in the use of various training tools and technologies.
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends and common areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency matrix outlining required skills per role.
• Design engaging training materials and curricula; deliver sessions in multiple modalities.
• Coordinate staff trainings: sourcing trainers, quotes, logistics, and compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain certification records for audits.
• Support onboarding and coaching programs and monitor HRDF utilization.
