Job summary

Boston Scientific in Malaysia is seeking an Admin/Production Training coordinator to administer production training within the company’s training framework. You will create and maintain TRS training plans and records, monitor progress, and deliver programs that align with production timelines.

You will guide adherence to training policies, evaluate manufacturing practices, and update procedures as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Operations Training or related training functions.
• Experience handling training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administration of TRS to support production and resolve TRS issues at site level.
• Create and maintain TRS training plans and records.
• Create training plans and monitor progress to meet production timelines.
• Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirements.
• Evaluate and periodically review manufacturing practices and training delivery.
• Revise and update training procedures and work instructions in Windchill.
• Deliver training programs relevant to operation business needs.

Purpose Statement

Administer Production training in accordance to production training system and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of TRS in order to support production, including TRS issue resolution at site level.
• Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records.
• Create training plan and monitor training progress to meet the production timeline.
• Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirement.
• Evaluation and periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
• Revise and update relevant training procedures and work instruction in Windchill.
• Deliver training programs related to Operation business need.
• Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations Training, Direct Labor (DL) Training, or a related training function.
• Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
