Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience including L&D, talent development, organisational development, HR business partnering, corporate training, consulting, client-facing advisory or HR/talent solutions.
• The ability to understand organisational needs and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Clear communication, confident presentation and strong relationship-building skills.
• Disciplined follow-through, ownership of opportunities and comfort with performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery discussions to understand business priorities, workforce challenges and development needs.
• Use AZEO’s diagnostic tools and assessments to identify root causes and suitable development priorities.
• Recommend relevant solutions, including leadership and management development, talent development, power skills, teambuilding, employee engagement, assessments, e-learning and HR or organisational development interventions.
• Work with the Product Development & Solutions team to tailor recommendations to client objectives and intended outcomes.
• Prepare professional proposals and present the business value of recommended solutions.
• Manage proposal revisions, stakeholder discussions and timely follow-ups to progress opportunities.
• Build and grow your assigned client portfolio, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand solution adoption.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, proposals and client engagement.
• Contribute to revenue targets and gross-profit KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Delivery to support a smooth client journey from discovery to implementation.
