usmile in Malaysia is seeking a senior content lead to plan, produce, and optimize short-form video campaigns, with a strong focus on promoting products on TikTok. You will oversee scriptwriting, shooting, and editing, while steering seeding strategies and content operations to drive brand growth.

You will lead a creative team, mentor creators, and use data analysis to improve reach and engagement, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 4+ years in short video content marketing or operations.
• Proven experience leading teams of content creators.
• Strong script planning, video production, and editing skills.
• Excellent data analysis and ability to use Excel/PPT for reporting.
• Familiar with TikTok/Facebook/Instagram trends and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, scripting, shooting, and editing of short videos for product promotion.
• Develop and execute content seeding strategies, mainly on TikTok.
• Analyze viral trends and innovate formats and effects.
