Job summary

LiveBuzz Studio Ltd. is seeking an energetic TikTok Live Operations Manager to lead creator relations and optimize live content performance. You will train creators, review trends, and provide hands-on support to boost content quality, engagement, and reputation across campaigns.

The ideal candidate has experience in influencer management, a startup mindset, and excellent on-camera presentation, with a passion for TikTok trends and a knack for storytelling and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in managing content creators/influencers.
• Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications.
• Experience with data analysis skills.
• An excellent presenter who loves being on camera.
• You’ll be obsessed with TikTok, ideally creating content of your own.
• You’ll be confident working on your own when required.
• Passion for TikTok and social media, with a keen interest in staying updated on emerging trends and platform features.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives.
• A natural, versatile ideator to work with different brands.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
• Understand and review trends in-app and identify content potential and scout rising talent.
• Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions.
• Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation
• Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.
• Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
• Go live on our official accounts and answer any questions prospect may have.
