Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Marketing or Social Media.
• Proven experience building and managing social media channels.
• Experience working with Influencers and/or Creators.
• Preferred background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Brands, Ecommerce, Sportswear Brands, or Lifestyle Brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Content Strategy for the Malaysian market.
• Plan weekly content production and distribution.
• Coordinate content resources from Production Team, Creators, Affiliates, Communities, and UGC.
• Monitor and optimize social performance and organic growth.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to scale winning content.
• Provide weekly and monthly content performance insights.
