The role focuses on setting monthly targets, monitoring results, and adjusting tactics based on data to maximize reach and engagement while upholding brand standards.

• Experience managing TikTok accounts and growing audience.
• Strong ability to plan and execute content calendars across platforms.
• Data-driven approach to optimize engagement and reach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement content strategies to grow Deli Bro Ngupi (TikTok primary) and support Jom NGUPI and ZUS.
• Experience accounts and set monthly targets for followers, views and engagement.
• Monitor account performance and pivot quickly based on data.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting cadence for all managed accounts.
• Conceptualize content direction and ensure consistency with brand voice.
