TikTok is seeking a high-impact Leader for Creator Operations in Malaysia to drive health, growth and monetization of a million-scale creator base. You will design data-driven strategies that empower creators across tiers and advance social commerce in the region.

Working with cross-functional partners, you will optimize creator supply, improve matching of creators to campaigns, and turn insights into scalable programs that boost participation, activation, and long-term value for the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in internet, e-commerce, or strategy/operations.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving in complex environments.
• Data sensitivity and analytical capability to derive rigorous insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
