Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Sales Support Officer to support quotation/pricing requests and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in Thailand. The role focuses on high-quality, accurate, and consistent sales operations planning.

You will develop and maintain internal support processes for Thai sellers and partners, including OVP reporting and custom builds, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable strategies in trouble areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years in customer service, customer support, sales support, or related role.
• Fluent in Thai (read, write, and speak) to support Thailand-based customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, stakeholder communication, and email-based support.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports quotation/pricing requests and prioritizes with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in sales operations planning.
• Develops and maintains internal support processes for Thai sellers and partners, including OVP reporting and custom builds.
• Coordinates planning activities with other stake holder functions and derives actionable strategies in trouble areas.
• Focuses on continuous process and experience improvement, assisting with troubleshooting and new processes.
