Job summary

Petersime Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Officer to act as the link between the global commercial team and technical back-office teams in the Petaling Jaya region. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with designers and pre-sales engineers, and ensure timely delivery of qualitative proposals to agents and customers.

On acceptance of proposals, you will convert CPQ to ERP, follow up with production planning, and prepare order confirmations and sales contracts in coordination

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotations and proposals with layout designers, pre-sales engineers, hatchery design experts and product management.
• Convert accepted commercial proposals into sales orders (CPQ to ERP) and communicate project details with production planning.
• Act as central point of contact for Petersime agents and distributors.
• Prepare order confirmations and sales contracts in consultation with Master Planning/Finance.
• Support the commercial team when visiting customers and participate in regional seminars and exhibitions.
