Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to lead new business development across Malaysia and Singapore markets, focusing on cleanroom laundry solutions and consumables.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, present tailored proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery while growing client portfolios. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, driving licence, and 2–3 years in sales/marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing function preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business across target industries with cleanroom services.
• Deliver tailored sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
• Retain and grow accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Coordinate service delivery with sales and operations teams.
• Maintain knowledge of cleanroom garments and consumables.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline progress.
