Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join a dynamic hospitality team in Selangor. You will handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate bookings and events, and support marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field, with 1–3 years in hospitality or events. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related field.
• 1–3 years in hospitality or events (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin a plus.
• MS Office, Google Workspace, online booking systems experience.
• Willingness to work at a resort and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and booking platforms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event orders for corporate, group and leisure guests.
• Coordinate bookings, room bookings, event schedules, and customer requirements with relevant departments.
• Keep customer databases, sales records, and booking systems accurate and up to date.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Support Sales & Marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare sales reports, occupancy forecasts, and administrative documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service with prompt responses to guest enquiries.
• Assist in managing OTA platforms, website bookings, and social media enquiries.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned by management.
