Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5+ years of sales experience (medical/dental preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined territory.
• Execute sales plans and promotional activities in line with business objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with dental accounts and promote Straumann solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain accurate records of pipeline and activities.
• Collaborate with T&E, Marketing and support teams to execute campaigns.
