Job summary

ACODENT, a high-tech dental supplier, is seeking a proactive Sales & Application Specialist to grow our 3D intraoral scanner and digital implant navigation sales across Malaysia. You will showcase CAD/CAM technology to dental clinics and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

This field-based role requires strong communication and customer-focused approach, with training and onboarding support for clinics.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales or interest in dental industry.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of 3D intraoral scanners and digital implant navigation systems to dental clinics in Malaysia.
• Prospect and onboard new clinics through calls, visits, and product demonstrations.
• Deliver product presentations and hands-on demos showing value of going digital.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing and after-sales service.
• Handle order processing (terms, deposits, payment collection, documentation).
• Provide installation support, onboarding training, and technical troubleshooting for scanners.
• Build long-term relationships with clinic accounts and represent ACODENT at exhibitions and workshops.

In this role, you'll introduce and demonstrate cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology to dental clinics, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and support customers through onboarding, training, and beyond. What you'll do:

• Drive sales of 3D intraoral scanners and digital implant navigation systems to dental clinics in Malaysia
• Prospect and onboard new clinics through calls, visits, and product demonstrations
• Deliver engaging product presentations and hands-on demos that show clinics the value of going digital
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead follow-up and quotations to closing and after-sales service
• Handle order processing (terms of sale, deposits, payment collection, documentation)
• Provide installation support, onboarding training, and technical troubleshooting for scanners
• Build long-term relationships with clinic accounts and represent ACODENT at dental exhibitions and workshops
