Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across assigned territories; possession of own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets, identify business opportunities in the territory, and develop targeted action plans to maximize sales potential.
• Perform quality customer calls with high-impact engagements that drive measurable results.
• Promote and sell assigned medical device products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities across the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals, pharmacists, and key decision-makers to drive brand advocacy and loyalty.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based selling messages communicating customer benefits.
• Conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely follow-up and after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction and sustained engagement.
• Ensure coverage and servicing of all outlets as per the Master Customer List and manage territory routing.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised per guidelines and campaigns.
• Implement approved marketing strategies and campaigns with compliance.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
