You will prospect, build relationships, present our range, and collaborate with sales and marketing to hit targets, with travel within Klang Valley and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in dental or healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese a plus.
• Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within Klang Valley / beyond.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team at TOPLINE DENTAL CONCEPT SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor, offering an exciting opportunity to represent our dental products and services to a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales leads to expand our customer base
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers
• Presenting our comprehensive range of dental supplies and equipment to potential clients
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A strong desire to succeed and achieve targets
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage
• Must possess valid driving license with own vehicle and willing to travel within Klang Valley (and outstation if required)
