Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Executive to cover Terengganu, with on-ground merchant acquisition for ShopeeFood. You will visit F&B merchants, pitch ShopeeFood, and drive monthly targets while building a strong local network.

Based in Kuala Terengganu, you’ll manage the sales pipeline, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sign-ups. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and fluent local languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or account management is an added advantage
• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field
• Based in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, with flexibility to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits
• Own transport and a valid driving license are required as this is an on-ground role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, other local languages or dialects is a plus
• Able to work on-ground during peak periods when required

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new F&B merchants within your assigned area through on-ground visits and calls to achieve monthly targets
• Proactively pitch ShopeeFood to high-potential merchants and help expand our merchant network across your coverage area
• Manage and update your sales pipeline to track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
• Support merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and details are submitted accurately
• Gather insights from merchants and competitors to help improve ShopeeFood's offerings and merchant experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-through after merchant sign-up
